The Enterprise Customer Remediation team within Customer Excellence provides technology development and support for the Wells Fargo COO organization. These green-field applications and supporting departments enable a holistic view of critical customer interaction points and partners across lines of business to strengthen the experiences we provide to our customers. Specifically, this is a newly created technology team that is in the beginning stages of building applications that will identify, and implement enhancements defined by the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence business group.
We're seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect (Software Sr. Engineer) to support team. This candidate will be part of the leadership team that will bring to light the low level design and architecture for the next generation of Remediation lifecycle.
• Assessing technical architectures, infrastructures and applications to identify opportunities to document and define reusable processes, components, objects and data. • Participating in architectural assessments (along with Chief architect and other architects) to drive reusability and adoption. • Wide-ranging professional experience, including proven experience participating in work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. • Experience in multiple technical and business domains including Microservices, Pega, ETL, Oracle, and Open Source technologies. • Proven track record as a team or project team significant contributor. • Experience with Enterprise Architecture constructs. • Understands business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determines corresponding enterprise system designs and change requirements to drive the organization's targeted business outcomes • Understands emerging technology trends and disruptions and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models • Translates business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives and documents all solution architecture design and analysis work

7+ years of experience leading the requirement design process with both technical and business partners
5+ years of experience leading technical development teams
5+ years of Agile experience
3+ years of microservices development experience
3+ years of experience with Kafka and PubSub patterns tools
An industry-standard technology certification
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology
Knowledge and understanding of Pega
Experience designing and developing business intelligence or data analytics applications using tools such as Tableau by integrating with Apache Spark
Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions
Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships
