Within EFT the Human Resource Information Technology (HRIT) team provides technology support for team member focused applications and processes, including payroll, benefits, learning and recruiting.
We are seeking a Release Management Lead (Tech Bus Systems Associate) who will be part the HRIT Service Delivery and Recovery team responsible for Workday changes to production and participating in key Next HR Project (Product Delivery Model) to define all of the ongoing processes being performed in HR and HRIT.
Help define release management for all HR products for NEXT HR
Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scopes, schedules and quality
Lead release activities, including readiness reviews, milestone reviews and go/no-go reviews
Collaborate with the product team/scrum master and technology to facilitate communication between the various stakeholders
Communicate all key release plans, commitments and changes
Monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and meet or exceed expectation
Continually work towards making improvements in the release process
Maintain the release schedule for all HR products and ensure alignment across key partners and vendors
Establish and maintain a tenant/environment matrix for all HR products
Act as a lead between business, product team and technical resources to effectively provide release management support
Identify gaps in current release mgmt process and recommend changes to assure the product can be supported
Drives compliance through expertise of data accuracy, corporate policies and data security as related to the project
Lead release mgmt. project and proactively monitor & manage project schedules and deliverables
Establish governance to ensure all HR product groups adhere to release management standards
Leverage Jira platform to automate release process and track release changes and status updates
5+ years of business systems analysis or design experience as demonstrated through work, military, or education
2+ years of release management experience
2+ years of change management experience
2+ years of project management experience
Knowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processes
Knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains
A BS/BA degree or higher
2+ years of ServiceNow experience
3+ years of HR systems experience (e.g. PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Workday)
Experience facilitating meetings with participants at various levels of experience in different lines of business
2+ years of Workday experience
