Our Capital Markets team manages the interest rate and operational risks associated with the origination, sale and servicing of mortgage loans, and provides liquidity for the mortgage assets originated by Wells Fargo.
Responsible for assisting Pricing Manager, Sales Manager, Clients, Sales Representatives and Relationship Managers in resolving various issues pertaining to pricing and/or exception pricing on basic, single-channel programs and/or product channels.
Duties include: coordinating and maintaining the exception pricing process with pricing groups, sales force and finance area; processing registrations and rate lock requests; applying penalties; determining the best pricing or program option; reviewing trend data; assisting sales managers, sales representatives, relationship managers, and pricing managers on pricing issues for the various platforms. Responsible for inbound/external direct contact from clients via phone. May provide various ad hoc analysis and reports as required.
1+ year of financial services experience, retail industry experience, or a combination of both
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Contact center experience

This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results.
