Group O is looking for a Quality Auditor to join our team. The Quality Auditor role is responsible to objectively review and adhere to the organization's processes and ensure quality standards are met within all departments. This includes collaborating with production, shipping and receiving, flashing and inventory to validate counts, verify orders and ensure overall accuracy throughout all stages of each process.


  • Follow precise work instructions
  • Daily audits on finished goods and/or components to ensure they meet our clients specifications
  • Quality inspections of all operations including, but not limited to:
    • Receiving
    • Shipping
    • Flashing
    • Kitting
  • Report internal control deficiencies and provide recommendations for improving the organization's operations in terms of both efficient and effective performance
  • Perform auditing tasks to ensure the end-to-end quality processes and outcomes. These include quality checkpoints to validate the accuracy of parts received, kits assembled/built, inventory cycle count accuracy, Validating client content specification/assembly and other similar tasks
  • Develop and maintain audit files and records and report any discrepancies to supervisor/management
  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment
  • Keep supervisor informed of relevant work issues
  • Follow leadership team's decisions

  • Perform any additional duties assigned by leadership team


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Good communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Must be able to read, write and count
  • Must be able to work overtime when required
  • Ability to speak and understand English
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs throughout the day
  • Bending, standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods of time
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proficiency with data entry
  • Ability follow detailed verbal and written instructions

  • Warehousing related experience

  • Exposure with Miscrosoft suite application.
