Honeywell Building Solutions installs and maintains building management, security, and life safety solutions in buildings globally. The Product Manager, Fire Service will be the Global leader for the Fire & Life Safety offering across the Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT) Services business.

  • Achieve revenue and profitability targets for global fire and life safety service contracts and projects, including detection, notification, voice, suppression, and related cloud based offering
  • Support creation of sales and marketing material for new products from the fire business into HBT services, including hardware and software.
  • Ensure global operational readiness of launches for new products from the fire business into HBT services
  • Work with regional marketing leaders to provide input for growth initiatives related to commercial security.
  • Provide content to Service Contracts Leader around standard work for tasking on fire products
  • Provide content to Lifecycle Asset Leader (IBE) on critical updates to product lifecycles.
  • Collaborate with commercial security businesses to jointly develop solutions that meet the unique needs of HBS customers
  • Support the phase out plans for products at the end of their lifecycle
  • Expected Travel will 10-20%, primarily domestically, to visit customers or attend trade events


  • Bachelors degree
  • 2+ years of commercial business/projects experience including Sales, Marketing, Commercial, or Technical role


  • Experience in a service-based organization
  • Experience in the buildings management, security, and/or fire industries
  • Adept at working with a highly technically product and customer base
  • Product management & marketing skills
  • Ability to motivate and influence team members
  • Articulation of how product meets customer needs
  • Work independently decisions within degree of authority
  • Proven track record of leading projects / product launches
