Under the general direction of the Regional Manager, the Territory Manager performs a wide range of supervisory, administrative, marketing and food-quality protection and pest management oriented tasks. The Territory Manager also coordinates and directs territory operations and personnel and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. We are hiring for two positions. The Southern opportunity will have locations in South PA, MD, DE and NJ. The Northern opportunity will have locations in North PA, NY, CT and MA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates and directs appropriate personnel to assist in daily operations
Regularly contacts customers and government agencies
Coordinates and implements the policies and procedures for territory operations and personnel and evaluates efficiency of operations
Maintains regular role of conflict resolution and training and development of personnel
Responsible for territory marketing and sales
Oversee all safety and associated governmental regulations and programs in territory
Meets or exceeds goals as determined in conjunction with the Regional Manager.
Maintains sufficient inventory to satisfy sales demands
