Essential Functions:

• 
  Handles transactions between customers by taking and entering orders.
  
  


• 
  Assist, support and work in partnership with Regional Mangers and Territory Managers. Interface with various groups in scheduling orders.
  
  


• 
  Manage all customer service issues and initiate any credits due.
  
  


• 
  Provide price quotes for material needs daily which may include generating material lists.
  
  


• 
  Quote follow up. Gathering market data to report back to sales and management.
  
  


• 
  Maintain and grow the level of sales from current active customers and non-active customers.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Background in building material sales or construction preferred - not required
  
  


• 
  High math aptitude
  
  


• 
  1-2 years inside sales or account management experience
  
  


• 
  Strong oral and written communication skills
  
  


• 
  Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
