The Opportunity

• Seeking Family Medicine or Internal Medicine nurse practitioners
• Skilled Nursing or nursing home experience preferred
• M-F, 8am-4pm; 8 hour shifts
• Full time opportunity available

• Four Fountains Convalescent Center is a 131 bed facility that provides extended-stay nursing care to seniors with varying levels of disabilities in Belleville, IL.
• Specialized, intensive active recovery therapy programs
• State-of-the-art therapy center
• 24-hour RN care
