An established Magnet designated acute care hospital located in central Connecticut is now searching for a new Director of Nursing Education to join their award-winning healthcare team.

The Director of Nursing Education will have the unique opportunity to lead the professional development activities for a group of doctorate and master’s prepared nurses. The Director will lead the professional development nurse staff, serve as a recourse in regards to educational and organizational standards, implement policies and procedures, provide periodic evaluation of the staff, partners with the Magnet Specialist to maintain designation standards, and promotes life-long learning within the health system.
