Job Description:

• Participate in Digitalization Projects (Cobot / AI / Robot, and Interfacing Modules).
• Process development work including process innovation and design of experiment (core technologies - stamping, grinding, high speed assembly, heat treatment)
• New equipment runoff and acceptance.
• Statistical Data Analysis.
• Eficiency Improvement Projects (As Facilitator / Team Leader / or Team Member).
• Six Sigma Improvement Projects (As Facilitator / Team Leader / or Team Member).
• Lean / Flow Improvement Projects (As Facilitator / Team Leader / or Team Member).
• SMED Set-up Time Reduction Projects (As Facilitator / Team Leader / or Team Member).
• Perform time studies, capacity analyses, Layout/Product Flow analyses.
• Assist in Developing FMEA's for New Product Launches or Existing Products.
• Specify and Order Equipment as needed for replacement / growth
• Participate in Sample / Prototype Development.
• PFMEA review.

• Enrolled at an accrediated Institution pursuing a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Computer literate with skill using Spreadsheets, Project Management Work Processor and Database Software in Windows Environment.
