Section 1: Position SummaryResponsible for the successful implementation of initiatives designed to prepare FuturePlan for the upcoming Defined Contribution Cycle 3 restatement project. Restatement Specialists will experience a steady flow of diverse and engaging planning projects ranging from basic to challenging complexity. Restatement Specialists must demonstrate a keen understanding of the importance of the accurate, professional and timely delivery of each individualized planning project. Restatement Specialists must also demonstrate effective knowledge of ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, associated regulations and relevant Revenue Procedures as they relate to Defined Contribution plans and the 6-year Defined Contribution restatement cycle.Section 2: Job Functions, Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist with the development of an automated mapping project between document platforms.
Test document platform software for mapping accuracy and create mapping manual for primary document platforms.
Participate in the development of Sponsor communications such as introduction to the FuturePlan restatement process, restatement election and change request forms, document delivery packages and associated follow-up notifications.
Develop communications to inform our internal clients (Consultants / Managers / Administrators) of the restatement strategy and process and create engagement in and connection to the project.
Create Consultant communication channels to efficiently intake prioritization, amendment, termination and client-specific requests.
Implement and test the processes and workflow designed by the DC Restatement Project Manager to ensure project readiness.
Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.

Section 3: Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements 5+ years defined contribution retirement plan administration
Consulting and/or document experience
Experience with Relius, ASC or FT William document platforms is a plus
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and manage several projects and deadlines
