Position Title: Network Records Specialist - 4N
Position Summary
The Network Records Specialist is responsible for performing quality control queries, audits and spot checks on the data in Network Records Systems with the end goal in mind of establishing accuracy to meet the Crown Castle standards. The Records Quality team will do this by reconciling records issues reported by users through tickets, emails and phone calls while strategically working with other teams to monitor, verify and correct data. Maintaining proper synchronicity of records between systems is done through reporting as well as establishing compliance dashboards help maintain current standards.
Job Responsibilities
Provide user support, via phone, email or Helpdesk ticket
Create and/or update objects in NRS per Service Delivery workflow or Network Expansion
Work with outside departments to reconcile data discrepancies
Test automation and integration opportunities within NRS
Perform user acceptance testing software releases and code drops within NRS
Follow standards and procedures when working in the NRS
Execute quality checks on the data to ensure asset integrity and resolve data conflicts to maintain compliance
Perform other duties as assigned or required
Education/Certifications:
Associate degree or equivalent years of experience, education and/or training
Experience/Minimum Requirements
One (1)+ years of relevant experience
Experience working in Netcracker, OSPInSight, Microsoft Dynamics, QGIS
Understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and technology
Ability to comprehend various documentation sets as it relates to telecommunications infrastructure and technology
Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio)

Strong written and oral communications skills
