Responsibilities
Candidate Coordination
Conduct and present New Team Member Orientation
Schedule HPE and drug screening test for new team members
Identify and schedule HPE, as needed, for internal TM transfers
Set up and process new team member ID badges
Ensures proper completion of new hire paperwork
Send welcome packet to new hires (orientation schedule, HR bulletin, dress code)
Conduct initial contact / phone screen for non-exempt applicants
Match applicants with open requisitions
Act as resource for internal candidates on development plan
Assist with filing as needed and other duties as requested
Provide customer service for current team members
Assists with annual activities involving HR, including, but not limited to:
Open Enrollment process
Annual performance review process, salary increases and bonus payments.
Compliance reporting and maintenance of job postings.
Maintain job descriptions and other employee materials
Coordinate Benefit enrollment and provide assistance to all team members with benefit related problems
Assist with employee questions/HR issues
Assist in organization of company sponsored events, activities and functions
Provides support for various initiatives and projects throughout the department.
