JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for providing support to loan service activities including communicating with customers during construction phase to ensure proper insurance coverage, monitoring insurance expiration dates, ordering inspections, disbursing construction draws, maintaining current loan information on TCL or DMI system, and maintaining builder approval documents.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bookkeeping, Accounting or Banking Coursework preferred


  • 1-2 years of prior banking experience, preferably in construction loan administration or documentation


  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills


  • Good verbal and written communication skills


  • Ability to effectively manage time and to manage multiple priorities


  • Independent and self-motivated


  • Detail oriented


  • Ability to make autonomous decisions


  • Ability to establish and maintain a high level of credibility with all levels of internal and external customers.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:

ESSENTIAL MENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Ability to work under stress, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines


  • Ability to work independently and in conjunction with outside agencies


  • Ability to utilize a keyboard/PC if required to perform the essential job functions


  • Ability to read and interpret a document if required to perform the essential job functions


  • Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 10 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions. If the employee is unable to lift/move/carry this weight and can be accommodated without causing the department/division an undue hardship" then the employee must be accommodated; hence omitting lifting/moving/carrying as a physical requirement.
