Are you seeking the Colorado lifestyle? Join us at Colorado In Motion, a leading PT and OT practice in Fort Collins, CO, where we are seeking a dynamic Athletic Trainer for our Industrial Health program.

The Industrial Health Technician - Athletic Trainer performs and supports employment testing services upon certification through the WorkSTEPS® national provider network. Based at our Windsor, CO clinic, this IH Technician-Athletic Trainer may travel to Employer Client locations throughout Northern Colorado.

Additional responsibilities include completing in-house training to perform computer workstation Ergonomic Evaluations for corporate and governmental clients – both in-person and remote.

Hours are flexible Monday - Friday. 20 hours per week with the opportunity to grow to full time with benefits at 30 hours per week.

Compensation: $23 per hour. 

Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and knowledge of basic musculoskeletal screens for strength and range of motion is required. New Graduates accepted and encouraged to apply! Proficiency in Microsoft online programs is desired. This position reports to our Windsor Clinic Director.

Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Reasoning Ability Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software and Internet software.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Valid appropriate state Athletic Trainer License. Current CPR certification.
