Job Description:

Through our multiple companies and divisions, we provide traditional community banking and commercial banking services, wealth management solutions, commercial and life insurance premium financing, mortgage origination, and short-term accounts receivable financing and certain administrative services, such as data processing of payrolls, billing, and treasury management services. We provide community-oriented personal and business banking services to customers located in the greater Chicagoland area, northwest Indiana, and southern Wisconsin through more than 175 community bank locations.

Responsible for assisting in implementing an effective, proactive Fair Lending Program to assure that the organization maintains the required level of compliance set forth by its regulatory agencies.

Maintains a competent level of expertise and knowledge of the requirements of the various Fair Lending laws, regulations and rulings governing the Bank's activities. Keeps abreast of regulatory updates through reading, classes, seminars, etc.

Conducts Fair Lending Risk Assessments.

Conducts Fair Lending Comparative File Reviews.

Conducts periodic Fair Lending monitoring related to marketing, exceptions, lending performance, etc.

Performs Data Analysis and reporting.

Reviews policies, procedures and internal controls for compliance with Fair Lending laws and regulations. Identifies and communicates potential issues to management. Provides assistance to management in developing and implementing necessary corrective action.

Updates and maintains written Fair Lending procedures with manager oversight.
