Duties:

• Opening new accounts


• Processing consumer loans start to finish (business and home equity experience is a plus)


• Assisting members with transactions/cash handling

Our Universal Associates help our members from start to finish with their financial needs. In this role, you will build relationships with our members and educate them on the beneficial products and services that will best support them. The team is an outgoing and supportive group. The manager believes in connecting with the team and the community. If you have a passion for your community plus experience in the financial industry, then this will be a great fit for you.  

Requirements:

• 2 years of financial institution experience


• 6 months experience opening new accounts


• 6 months experience processing loans


• High School Diploma or equivalent


• This position requires physical, in-person, face-to-face interaction.


• Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization not available. 

Days/Hours : Mon- Fri 8:45am-6:15pm and Sat 8:45am-1:15pm (rotating)

Pay: $17/hr+ DOE & $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
