Compensation: Monthly Salary $6838.14 - $11233.96

Job Summary:

Act as a key leader for cross-functional Scrum development team(s) to deliver valuable product enhancements and integrations. Understand and convey the business processes and problems to the Scrum team. This job represents the voice of the customer to elicit, understand, analyze, document, refine and communicate business needs, so that business and/or technical delivery teams can build effective solutions.
1. Define and clearly articulate requirements (user stories and features) and acceptance criteria (use cases).
2. Assists in managing requirements and prioritization within the product backlog through: business value ROI, alignment with product strategy, and resource capacity.
3. Utilize effective communication skills to surface essential requirements information.
4. Own the product vision and product backlog. Manage requirements and prioritization within the product backlog through business value roi, alignment with product strategy, and resource capacity.
5. Coordinate with other product managers and business architects to ensure the cohesiveness of the overall user experience.
6. Stay current on competitive trends/threads and identify opportunities to beat market expectations.
7. Coach, mentor, and support other product analysts. Communicate effectively, manage conflict among team members, and remove impediments.
8. Assists with strategic planning, business capability, value stream, and business process representations needed to model current and target state views of the business.

Job Specific Information:

Under limited supervision, interacts with business partners to gather and document information related to requirements and/or software testing. Gathers information from multiple sources and independently sorts medium to high complexity business issues to recommend appropriate direction. Leads project activities through meeting facilitation, managing, project scope and communicating progress. Analyzes business processed and associates them to software deliverables. Develops and/or executes test scripts against requirements. Drafts and reviews documentation in compliance with the FedEx global development process. Develops and/or maintains a business model that reflects current processes and business rules. Provides and/or consolidate input to scoping and impact analysis for future deliverables. Mentors less sr. positions.

Abilities/Knowledge/Skills Considered a Plus:


  • CertifiedSAFeProduct Owner/Manager or higher (SPC)

Domicile: This position will be domiciled in Collierville, Tennessee (Memphis area); Colorado Springs, Colorado; Orlando, Florida; or Moon Township, Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh area).

Remote Work: The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Relocation: Relocation assistance may be available based on business need.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
