The eMobility market is driven by untapped customers needs and disrupting technological evolutions. That enables end-to-end solution providers as Schneider Electric to identify new market opportunities and anticipate new values to propose to customers with viable and profitable business models. The value proposition on those end-to-end solutions is to be provided to customers with a system approach, adapted to the customer specific application and use case.
The core mission of the Application Marketing Offer Manager is to define, develop and support the right innovations to provide full value propositions and solutions for targeted eMobility customer applications, including hardware, software and services, and working in close collaboration with other LoBs and teams at Schneider.
We are looking for a marketing leader with strong leadership and influence skills, that is able to provide the vision on the strategic intent and the business potential to other teams, to convince them on the importance and urgency to cover eMobility applications offer bricks gaps, and to have those positioned at the right level of priority in other LoBs roadmap. Moreover, he/she has an understanding on operational marketing and interacts with our Front Offices and Field Application Engineers to provide them the support to sell end-to-end solutions per application.
He/she shall be able to rapidly ramp-up in the knowledge of the eMobility market trends and customer needs, as well as on eMobility electrical distribution systems and architectures, as that knowledge will be key to provide value and vision to other LoBs and teams.
He/She shall have a strong sense of customer centricity, a strong results orientation, and a strong capacity to orchestrate the different stakeholders to drive eMobility applications innovation in the right direction and at the right speed.
Key responsibilities
Understand / be able to fast ramp-up in:
the eMobility market, its trends, and the role of the different players in its residential ecosystem, including direct and indirect competition
the customers in the eMobility value chain, their job to be done and their interactions
Capture the voice of the customer. Meet customers permanently to understand what they try to achieve on their different applications / use cases, and how that evolves, and later, to test assumptions.
Ex: Charge Point Operators, consumers, electricians and installers, Charger Manufacturers, Specialist System integrators, Automotive Manufacturers, Fleet Operators.
Research and document country and regional specific codes, standards and requirements, and government subsidies and use them as input for offer innovation.
Connection between smart meters and chargers, OCPP communication...
Document the eMobility residential segment, analyze the value chain and propose solutions where Schneider can create value for the customer and our shareholders via a documented financial case.
Define & prioritize segments, use cases, stakeholders and user stories around a Home Application Marketing Roadmap, structure application releases, share and agree on those with the Commercial Teams, Launch Team, Development Teams and other internal stakeholders. Animate the evolution of the roadmap and the releases contents applying the protocols, processes and tools defined for it.
Propose the relevant development projects that will differentiate Schneider and create value for the customer and Schneider, packaged as a end-to-end solution to our customers including the full stack of Software, Services and Hardware, and throughout the entire customer journey. Drive offer creation of those in close collaboration with the relevant Offer Owners (eMobility offer manager, LoBs and other teams). Feed the Home Application Roadmap accordingly.
Support demand generation of end-to-end solutions by providing Front Offices and Commercial Team with the right docs, tools and social media contents, as well as training programs, to facilitate customer awareness, interest, value proposition understanding and alignment with his problem to be solved, and decision to work with us. Special focus to be placed on the construction of customer success stories.
Become the Single Point of Contact for all eMobility residential topics for other LoBs and teams (exposure to VP, SVP and EVP). Leverage and maintain a relationship with the relevant Schneider LoBs & divisions that will execute the relevant offer creation/evolution projects

Contribute to residential business intelligence by analyzing competions, start ups, and stakeholders on residential application and define with Business Intelligence team the right set up to tackle future opportunities.
Skills
Education:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical education
Master's Degree in Marketing (M.B.A is a plus)
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in application marketing function of a multinational corporation
CAPEX and OPEX marketing roadmap development
Project Management and functional management experience will be valued.
