Your Opportunity:

As the Video Producer/Editor, you will be responsible to create and develop media (video/audio) content for customer stories, internal company announcements, external promotional and social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, training and other brand-wide projects. Video is becoming the leading method to communicate information to our sales channels and our team members. You will collaborate with our sales, marketing and HR teams to execute communication initiatives to the respective audience.

You will work in a fast paced environment utilizing emerging technologies to communicate through a multitude of channels. You will get exposure to a variety of productions, from complex multi-camera live productions to single camera social media videos. You will have the responsibility to craft the messaging for the latest product offerings and technologies across the Greenheck Group enterprise. You have the chance to work with all entities in the organization at all levels.

What you'll be doing:


  • Create public facing video content for digital platforms including corporate website, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media outlets.

  • Create video content for internal communications (Group, HR, Shared Services, etc.).

  • Provide technical support for video-related efforts.

  • Pre- and Post-Production

    • Lighting, audio and video setup and operation.

    • Editing, color correction, sound processing, motion graphic creation.

    • Processing for multiple distribution needs.



  • Work with Media Services Manager to select and prioritize video projects and timelines.

  • Participate in and at times lead planning meetings for video productions.

  • Generate and present clear ideas and concepts that meet project objectives and comply with brand standards.

  • Maintain video database

Somethings we think you should know:


  • This position will be based in-office at the Schofield, WI location. While a hybrid workspace is a possibility, the vast majority of the duties will require the position to work on-campus.


  • Travel between the Greenheck Wisconsin campus is frequent and some travel to the regional Greenheck Group locations may be required.

What you should have:


  • Video Production proficiencies


    • Turnkey video production professional

    • Ability to edit video (Adobe Premiere)

    • Video acquisition skills (videography, lighting, sound)

    • Post Production Graphics (After Effects, sound)



  • Multi-tasking. We frequently have multiple projects in various phases as all times

  • Attention to detail.

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, graphic design or a related field is preferred. A combination of experience and education will be considered.
