Job Description:

OVERVIEW

The Project Manager role is to ensure project management excellence for all Supply Chain commercialization activities to enable Operating Unit growth and margin enhancement targets. This role is unique in that it will report into the "Strategy, Capabilities and Transformation" Pillar, but it will serve as a direct resource into the Operations Units. This role will require flexibility as they may find themselves supporting multiple OUs and priorities at any given time.

This is a temporary role lasting 12 months. There are multiple openings.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


  • Lead projects or initiatives from early assessment through execution using the project management framework.

  • Ensure successful launch of all new products and reforms meeting platform commercialization goals (service, costs, volume, quality).

  • Lead cross-functional team to ensure successful commercialization

  • Maintain regular communication and assure alignment with key stakeholders.

  • Project documentation ownership and maintenance

  • Develop, own, and lead project timelines

  • Coordinate and own the action list creation and follow up with project teams

  • Coordinate and lead any change management efforts associated with implementation of projects.

  • Coach the team on successful initiative launch

  • Ensure standard processes/work are followed: Supply Chain Project Management, Vertical Start-Ups, Launch-to-Win, Gate process, etc.

  • Create visibility to T&SU budget and spending

  • Ensure consistent project/initiative debriefs with institutional improvements incorporated into standards

  • Ensures that a CPW is created by the Brand Manager and incorporates key SC milestones and requirements (cross functional input and alignment)

  • Project Leader (i.e. Brand Manager) owns delivery of key milestones and successful project launch

  • Active team member of the PMO team and the Strategy, Capability & transformation team to support OU communication, team meetings and team development activities

The preferred location for this role is Minneapolis, MN however remote work-at-home applications will be considered.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management

  • 3-5 plus years of related experience

  • Manufacturing or related experiences

  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to drive change

  • Strong influence skills and ability to influence across functions and business strategies

  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills

  • Project management experience

  • Self-managing, results oriented and capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Smartsheet experience
