In this role, you'll be responsible for leading our owner's program and project management efforts for Investor clients across the country through leadership and strategic guidance including monitoring a portfolio of capital projects in various stages of development, assessing risk, reporting status, and developing mitigation plans for Investor consideration. This role will include building client relationships, overseeing and growing a team of professionals, and managing the delivery of services.

Responsibilities

    Understand diverse markets including commercial, industrial, institutional, residential and healthcare, and related investor risks for both development projects and stabilized assets;
  • Develop and align strategies with business priorities and developing standards and best practices for service delivery;

  • Be a passionate development management and program management professional with an exceptional track record of delivering complex projects exceeding owner's expectations;

  • Be excited by developing and growing a business;

  • Foster relationships with client organizations, especially those related to our Investor clientele;

  • Bring and develop knowledge about all facets of real estate development including due diligence, planning, permitting, design, construction, leasing, sales, and closeout, as well as working with investors and development partners;

  • Strategic thinker, providing high level service delivery to clients;

  • Manage and provide direction and leadership to your team to ensure the overall highest-level of service for each project and the overall program;

  • Problem-solve, plan and organize, and make decisions;

  • Handle any escalated issues skillfully, immediately, and effectively and lead major project team discussions, leading to appropriate actions and resolution.

Qualifications


  • Experience with monitoring, risk assessment, mitigation planning and reporting on large real estate portfolios comprised of active development projects and stabilized assets

  • Experience in real estate development including project management, facilities planning, contracting, architecture, and construction

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 10+ years of relevant experience

  • Familiarity with acquisition due diligence and construction/development

  • Contract management and oversight experience, from concept through occupancy

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

  • Strong presentation skills; Motivational and effective communicator.

  • Propensity to think creatively and strategically;

  • Able to work independently with a team player attitude;

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM...etc.)

  • Willing to travel regularly across the US.
