  • INDUSTRY LEADING WAGES STARTING AT $18.42/hr, INCREASING TO $18.93/hr AFTER 6 MONTHS!


    • PLUS A $1.00/hr NIGHT SHIFT PREMIUM


  • UP TO $3,000 RETENTION BONUS

  • 48-HOUR SCHEDULED WORK WEEK MAXIMUM

  • DOUBLE-TIME WHEN YOU VOLUNTEER ABOVE 48 HOURS IN A WORK WEEK

Here's What You Will Be Doing:



  • Starting a career with a strong, stable and growing company

  • Making that money! Above average wages!! Retention Bonus!!! Double-time Opportunities!!!!

  • Mixing quality ink to match defined PMS colors

  • Proofing ink

  • Correcting ink tone on the press

  • Copying colors from print releases

  • Properly staging and storing ink

  • 12 Hour shifts working alternately (36) and (48) hour weeks. Night shifts work from 7 pm to 7 am.

  • Learning valuable trade skills while preparing for a comfortable retirement

  • Applying your current knowledge and skills to help GPI remain an industry leader



Why You Would Be Perfect for This Job:



  • You like learning new things and working in a fast paced environment!

  • You're an awesome team player, 18 years old or older, with a great work ethic!

  • You have good visual acuity and are not color-blind - must be able to pass a color acuity test

  • You have solid computer skills; solid math skills too

  • You're mechanically inclined and are familiar with hand tools

  • You have a high school diploma OR a GED

  • You are organized and detail oriented, and you are self-directed, requiring minimal day to day supervision

  • You are able to perform the essential physical functions of the job with or without accommodation

  • Previous ink mixing or printing press experience preferred, but not required!!
