About the Role

As a Client Services Specialist, you will support multiple Financial Advisors' books of business to ensure client satisfaction. You'll have ample resources available, and you will be able to collaborate with a group of Client Services Specialists across our markets to share best practices.

You will work on account openings, account maintenance, and a variety of money movement options, including ACH wires, check requests, and trades. You will communicate with clients and internal partners through a variety of methods. You will schedule appointments.

What You Can Expect

You will provide the Financial Advisors with sales support and focus on operational tasks and customer service and be a subject matter expert in multiple areas and be the "go-to" for your Advisor team.

You will build and deepen connections with clients through personalized marketing, including milestone events, and scheduling client conversations. You will have autonomy and flexibility to accomplish your tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to an Operations Manager, giving you the unique opportunity to work on improving efficiencies and evaluating processes. You can provide input and make changes in policies and procedures.

How You'll Spend Your Time


  • You will maintain current client accounts, update registrations, and set up new accounts.

  • You will promptly answer emails and calls from the client. You will assist clients with a variety of tasks by leveraging resources and collaborating with peers and management.

  • Organization is critical to success in this role. You will use an agile approach to your workday and prioritize multiple daily tasks.

  • You will provide updates to the advisors and your managers on account statuses and requests. Follow through and follow up on tasks are imperative.

  • You will partner with the team you support and become an extension of the advisors, which is critical for success.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field of study and 3-4 years of directly related experience in investment sales/operations or 5-7 years equivalent combination of education and experience.
