JOB DESCRIPTION
RH is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for our Hospitality function. This role is ideal for an innovator who has an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for contributing to a thriving business.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
• Develop a deep understanding of our business strategy and deliver exceptional talent to support
• Become an expert in sourcing and attracting Hospitality talent
• Deliver first-class service to our candidates and our teams, creating a luxury experience both internally and externally
• Own Leader relationships to ensure knowledge of recruitment needs
• Ensure Leaders are updated on progress of searches and marketplace landscape
• Lead multiple searches across a large geography

• 6+ years recruiting experience within Hospitality
• Experience proactively sourcing passive talent is a must
• Ability to influence business leaders at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to practice a high level of confidentiality
• Demonstrated exceptional leadership capabilities with a history of leaving an organization better than it was before
