About This Position:

The Project and Campaign Delivery team (PCD) manages marketing campaigns and projects that deliver communications to prospective and existing credit card customers. Project managers oversee multiple initiatives including portfolio campaigns, product launches, product refreshes and the introduction of new Marketing capabilities. This position sits within the Chief Administrative Office organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.

Responsibilities:

As a project manager, you will be responsible for oversight of multiple projects of varying complexity in support of credit card marketing initiatives. You will partner with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders and business areas to coordinate the end-to-end execution of marketing projects. You will also own the requirements, timelines, deliverables, and approvals for project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years marketing execution, project management or similar experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, team facilitation and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Project, Jira or equivalent

  • Ideal Candidates Will Be Able to Do the Following:
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead initiatives from initiation to closure and improve processes
  • Work cross-functionally while motivating, influencing and leading others
  • Develop and maintain requirement documents
  • Ensure information protection and risk policies are implemented to protect sensitive information and uphold legal and/or regulatory obligations
