Job Description:

Responsible for one or more complex project management or other process improvement initiatives. May be part of a larger program initiative or stand alone.

Job Responsibilities:

• Full Lifecycle Project Management
• Manage project activities from initiation through closure, monitor details, and sets priorities
• Maintain detailed project plan with activities to be delivered, milestones, owners and due dates that meets the project's objectives, budget and timeline
• Create and deliver project status reporting
• Manage project risks and issues, escalate when appropriate
• Program Governance
• Execute and deliver per the defined project management methodology
• Provide Sr. Management reporting via program or steering committee meetings as required
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver project milestones
• Lay out the critical path, identify and coordinate interdependencies across partners
• Manage budget and resources for the project

• 5 or more years of project management experience
• Experience managing large projects
• Strong personal skills
• Leadership, both direct and indirect management
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Project management disciplines
• Measures of success:
• Exceed customer expectations in delivery and management
• Maintain strong control environment as evidenced by project artifacts

• Typically requires a Bachelors or Master's degree or related work experience
• 10 to 15 years work experience
• 8 or more years of project management experience desired
• Experience of Software Delivery Lifecycle using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Project/strategic planning and business background
• Leadership qualities
• Business acumen
• Problem resolution skills
• Knowledge and experience with project management development lifecycle
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of management levels
