Job Description:

International Training Director – Design and develop world-class training services for military, government, and law enforcement personnel including climbing, fire survival, mobility, turnkey exercise support, close quarters combat and marksmanship, operational environment and active shooter response training. Analyze clients’ training needs and current programs and modify and improve our existing programs and develop new training programs. Participate in the selection of instructors and oversee instructor training including teaching training methods and skills. Create and manage training programs budgets. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors and update training programs to ensure they are relevant.
