The Senior Applications Security Analyst is primarily responsible for the design, build, test and implementation of security solutions that enable the business community to achieve their goals and objectives, while providing proper control. This position works directly with IT functional business analysts, project team members, and business users to translate functional requirements into technical specifications, which are further utilized to facilitate the full implementation life cycle. As a senior member of the security team, the associate will have the opportunity to lead and coach junior staff, learn aspects of the business, and support in all SAP and integrated systems for production and non-production environments. The ability to analyze, design, test and implement security controls, which enable the business community to achieve their goals and objectives, is critical to the success of this role.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
5-6 years in SAP Security Design, Implementation and Administration experience required
Highly experienced in the IT Application Security and GRC space providing technical oversight and best practice guidance.
Effectively communicate with others and provide guidance to the other resources as and when needed.
5 years experience in SAP v4.6, ECC 5.0/6.0 environments, Experience reviewing and manage transport management for security changes
3 years experience in conducting workshops for security role design.
Experience in updating the functional specifications for any enhancements
Application Security - Access Management
Work with functional and technical teams to address security questions, troubleshoot issues with security objects and implement appropriate solutions.
Create and maintain detailed security documentation, policies & procedures including segregation of duties
Maintain/support security roles and configuration for SAP (ECC/S4 Hana), SAP BW, BPC, BOBJ, HANA, Solution Manager, SAP GRC, Fiori, SAP WebMethods and SAP Hybris.
Coordinate and lead in the development and execution of system conversions
Involve in SAP security implementation and rollout projects for Airgas entities, guide business and project resources on SAP security role design, layout out effective security design, develop security roles based on Airgas standards, develop test strategy and support go-live.
Support SAP GRC 12.0 suite for access management, risk analysis, role management and emergency access functionality.
Support for Web based and mobile based Fiori interface for GRC applications.
Troubleshoot GRC configuration and workflow issues, maintain GRC master data for approvers, roles, and users.
Connect newly onboarded SAP and non-SAP applications to SAP GRC for access, role, firefighter, and access risk management.
Facilitate SAP licensing audits using the License Administrators Workbench, LMBI and other tools.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
Strong understanding of Audit Controls and dependency on information security management principles.
Capture quarterly and annual control evidence and ensure there are no control deficiencies.
Work with the Compliance & Controls team, internal and external auditors to support risk management, compliance, and audit queries.
Understanding of project security risk assessment methodologies for both Waterfall and Agile deployments
General understanding of security domains, best practices and generally applicable regulatory requirements (PCI, DFARS, NIST, SOX, etc)
Qualifications
Are you a MATCH?
Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science, and/or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5-6 years experience in SAP satellite applications like SAP S4 Hana, ECC, BW, BPC, BOBJ, HANA, Enterprise portal and Fiori with SAP Security design, analysis, configuration and implementation
Security implementation experience for S/4 HANA is a plus
Minimum 6 years experience in SAP v4.6, ECC 5.0/6.0 environments, Experience reviewing and manage transport management for security changes
Experience conducting workshops for security role design.
Experience in updating the functional specifications for any enhancements
Should be able to review and approve the security role design
Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and closure
Recognized Security certifications a plus
