ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for installation/configuration, upgrades, customization, and troubleshooting of ArcGIS portal
Creates and manages user accounts and security for ArcGIS portal
Customizes home page, manages utility services, configures app templates, enables extensions, installs dashboards, and monitors activity and usage
Manages licensing of ArcGIS PRO with Portal
Deploys Python scripts to automate workflows
Enables disconnected editing and develops webapps ArcGIS Collector and Survey 123
Responsible for installation, configuration, authorization, upgrades, customizations, and troubleshooting of ArcGIS Server, ArcFM Server, and AcrFM Web (GeoCortex)
Create and manages services, security settings, users, and roles of ArcGIS Server, ArcFM Server, and AcrFM Web

Manages SSI protocols
Responsible for configuration of ArcFM Web network tracing and ArcFM Web View
Deploys GeoCortex web maps
Responsible for building custom tools, services, web applications, widgets, and dashboards for system users leveraging Web GIS ecosystem
Configures ArcGIS Online site, manages users and groups, organizes and shares content, monitors usage, and manages site settings and security
Participates in large projects, including assisting BTS on existing and future enterprise-wide integrations affecting Web mapping system
