POSITION SUMMARY

The Assembly Operator

• Competitive Starting Rate of 15.00


• a 90 day completion bonus ($500) additional 180 days completion bonus ($500)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working with hands, projection machines, patterns, and templates


• Setting up and checking products to confirm if they meet specifications


• Working a role that requires quality checks and a strong detail to accuracy


• You will be using adhesives in the creation of templates and be responsible for the accuracy of the products to meet customers specifications

* Keeps work environment neat and clean.
* Additional duties as assigned.

* Basic analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving,
* Basic verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
* Basic understanding and application of mathematical concepts
* Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
* Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
* Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines
* Ability to work overtime as necessary
