Position Summary:


The material handler ensures that all materials are moved effectively in the plant, unload raw materials and properly stage materials within the facility using a powered fork truck.



Job Function: Job functions include, but are not limited to the following:



  • Supply gluers with pallets of flat stock material.

  • Unload trucks of corrugated.

  • Stage corrugated for case erectors.

  • Load scrap trucks.

  • Complete daily forklift inspection and document inspection results.

  • SAP knowledge to generate and complete Shipping/Receiving documentation, create STO's for

  • Interplant shipments, provide monthly material inventories.

  • Receive bulk coating shipments.

  • Process 3rd party scraps export shipments.






Required Skills



  • Good organization/project management skills.

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Able to multi-task with ease.





Required Experience




  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Manufacturing experience.
