The Production Associate I is responsible for working on the packing line, dispensing, weighing product, putting bag in boxes, palletizing and sealing.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Understand and follow Production Processes and standards.


• Be able to set up and change equipment based upon product need, while adhering to all food safety and food quality guidelines.


• Ensures all equipment are in good operating conditions and ready for on time startup.


• Cleans all equipment using current sanitation practices.


• Responsible for accurate, timely, and legible completion of daily production reports/ documents.


• Performs any other miscellaneous duties as assigned.


• Palletize products.


• Ensure all packaging/labeling components are present and properly applied to finished product.


• Maintains proper line speeds.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• GMP, HACCP.


• Time management.


• Organization/Planning.


• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.


• Physical Demands/Work Requirements:


• Ability to move product by lifting, pushing, bending.


• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.


• Ability to continuously stand or walk.
