As an Individual Life Insurance Senior Case Manager in Sales and Distribution, you will actively partner with Dedicated Life Consultants (DLCs) and Financial Advisors focused specifically on Edward Jones relationships. You will provide case management support for new business life insurance applications, including managing a wide-range of activities that will help grow our business and progress the sale of individual life insurance. In this role, you will have the opportunity to expand your skills, work with diverse teams on challenging projects, and build relationships with experts and leaders in the field.

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task between several applications while effectively managing a conversation

• Ability and willingness to deal with change and ambiguity




• Must exercise sound judgment, discretion, and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

Preferred Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience




• 2-3 years of Life Insurance case management experience




• Multi-carrier insurance product experience

*Note: Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident.

Salary range specific to Colorado: $39,200 - $82,800 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
