The position will join the IVSH (Interventional Vascular & Structural Heart) Manufacturing organization to support business objectives related to Peripheral Vascular Health. The primary focus of this role is to manage complex projects supporting site initiatives, across multiple functions. The candidate for this role will concentrate on implementing and executing MDT Operations deliverables related to product quality standards and product delivery.

A Day in the Life
• Use project management methods to establish a framework for the successful completion of organization objectives
• Work with Global Supply Chain to meet the Product Availability and Back Order goals
• Serve as a liaison between internal and external subject matter experts in support of the deploying engineering changes
• Partner with stakeholders and suppliers for the creation, maintenance and support of remediated product
• Flexibility regarding responsibility for product and manufacturing documentation deliverables to accomplish supportive goal of EU MDR compliance
• Utilize engineering capabilities to ensure goal attainment
• Assist with creation of project management best practices across the site

Must Haves
• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of Engineering/Project Management experience OR advanced degree with 5+ years of Engineering/Project Management experience

Nice to Have
• Experience working in a highly matrixed manufacturing organization managing multiple priorities, often under deadline
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, listening) with all levels of the organization. Ability to facilitate meetings, create and deliver presentations, and drive meetings to action-oriented decision.
• Ability to effectively and efficiency work and communicate in a virtual environment with colleagues who are geographically dispersed across the world
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with very strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Familiarity working in ERP and MES systems
• Process Engineering aptitude and Gemba experience
• Project management training and experience
• Perform work without appreciable directions. Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
• Data analysis capabilities within QAD, JDE and various ERP systems
• Enthusiasm towards process improvements and change management
• Continually seek opportunities to increase stakeholder satisfaction and deepen relationships
• Experience with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve complex goals
