Role description:

Working with Professional Engineers, you will perform assignments designed to utilize and develop professional engineering skills and knowledge significant in the field.

Position includes, but is not limited to:


  • Project design, permitting and construction administration activities, developing design reports and construction documents for treatment systems, and pumping systems.
  • Field work such as site visits, sampling, data analysis, technology and pant operations evaluations, process troubleshooting and optimization, and condition assessments
  • Work on multiple, unique assignments simultaneously
Role accountabilities:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple assignments and activities to meet project deadlines
  • Flexible attitude towards assignments, possessing the initiative and ability to take on new projects and other challenges regularly.
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules:

Arcadis offers benefits for full time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage along with a 401K plan, STD and LTD, and Life Insurance as well as some additional optional benefits. Full time positions also come with annual PTO days and at certain levels a bonus program may apply. The Salary range for this role is $17-23 (of our internal ranges) for Colorado based positions only. Other locations will vary in salary range.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required Qualifications


  • Currently enrolled in a degree seeking program for Civil or Environmental Engineering, or another relevant engineering field
Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Consulting Engineering, Municipal work, or Construction
  • Experience/training with AutoCAD or GIS
