As the Specialist, Escalation, you will be responsible for resolving customer invoice disputes and collecting any charges deemed valid in the Escalation process. You will also effectively evaluate, investigate and settle charges in the dispute, as well as initiate opportunities for improvement internally and with other related operating departments. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Resolve all billing issues and invoice disputes using resources within the company


• Identify and communicate billing issues and resolutions between terminal, collections and customers


• Collect money due on any valid invoice dispute


• Create and communicate reports assigned by management


• Prepare communications and training documentation outlining processes to be followed to prevent future disputes


• Configure and maintain customer billing and documentation requirements in company systems

At a minimum, you'll need:

• 1 year of experience in an analytical environment

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Bachelor's degree


• 2 years of experience in logistics or related field


• Solid aptitude for understanding and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources


• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems
