Full-time Communications and Marketing Manager
-- work-from-home opportunity (within Pacific Standard Time Zone) --

The Communications and Marketing Manager will, in collaboration with the Leadership Team, create and execute an agency-wide internal and external communications plan. Demonstrating excellent copywriting skills and the ability to deliver creative written content, this role will be responsible for overseeing graphic design, social media, communication, and video production. We are looking for a collaborative leader who shares our passion and will actively work to achieve our mission and vision of Infinity Rehab.

Essential Job Functions:
* Create and publish relevant, original, high-quality content (blog articles, social media posts, video, press releases, company newsletters, print materials and so on)
* Develop social media campaigns and marketing campaigns (work closely with Marketing)
* Develop a program to foster organization participation in content development and distribution
* Create and execute a regular publishing schedule
* Monitor the company social media accounts and respond to online reviews and comments
* Manage each location's online presence (social media pages, website content, blog articles, press releases, reviews)
* Develop brand awareness
* Create and send company newsletters and press releases
* Oversee video production
* Create and manage email campaigns
* Invoice vendor accounts
* Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting (KPIs, social media growth, internal engagement)

Requirements:
* Degree in writing, marketing, communications (or relevant field)
* Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to deliver creative written content
* A strong portfolio
* Analytical and multitasking skills
* Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
* Experience with WordPress
* Experience with digital management systems (including Hootsuite)
* Experience with PR tactics and best practices
* Knowledge of online marketing channels

Preferred Experience:
* Adobe Design Suite
* Experience with senior-related services, healthcare (or relevant field)
