Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a motivated and experienced forklift operator to join our shipping team at our 151 Judge Don Lewis Blvd, Elizabethton, TN 37643 location!

This position facilitates staging, loading, and material handling used in the process of preparing steel fabrication product mix for shipment. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of loading techniques and have a high attention to detail.

Position includes comprehensive benefits package and paid time off on day one and mentorship support to ensure successful team member growth and development. Overtime is anticipated with this full-time, direct hire opportunity.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)


• A minimum of one (1) year of related work experience in manufacturing or comparable work environment.


• A minimum of one (1) year forklift operation


• Overhead crane experience a plus

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Comfort and familiarity with power hand tools.


• Willingness to train, certify, and operate forklift and overhead crane.


• Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines.


• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.


• General mathematical knowledge and proficiency with basic measuring instruments
