Accounting & Office Coordinator: support general back-office duties focusing on accounting and construction administration
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Initiate payment inquiries and reminders to customers and delinquent accounts
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
Keep AR Customers contact list up to date
Research unapplied payments and discrepancies on customer accounts
Order and activate Purchasing Cards (pcards) for field workers
Process pcard receipts and coding to the appropriate job/division
Follow up with technicians on missing pcards to ensure timely entry
Maintain active subcontractors certificates of insurance records
Assist Project Managers on an ad hoc basis with special bid/award requirements
Answer phones to assist inbound callers (limited calls per day)

EXPERIENCE
Accounting systems experience in construction/project related preferred (COINS)
Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Mechanical Industry related background preferred
