THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Sr. Campaign Marketing Manager to lead a team of global campaign managers. As the Sr. Campaign Marketing Manager, you will lead your team as they build scalable campaigns that embrace storytelling to build an emotional connection with customers and prospects.
You must love building communities across business units, creating compelling stories through the customer journey, and partnering with Sales and the extended marketing team to build exception customer experiences.
YOU ARE GREAT AT:
Inspiringyour team and leading by example to work cross-functionally with the central marketing team, product, sales, PR and operations to deliver accurate positioning and storytelling of our products and solutions across the OpenText portfolio
Work with your team and regional leads to prioritize localization across corporate marketing campaigns and content (emails, research, web content)
Continually raise the bar on development of compelling, data-driven storytelling with a customer focus
Focus on driving campaign innovation and test marketing systems to optimize campaign performance
Build and present executive level campaign and pipeline reports with a demonstrated ability to take initiative
Creative, passionate mindset with drive to foster innovation in marketing and communications.
Able partner with creative teams and advise on strategic direction to advance OpenText's brand position in the market
Strong persuasive skills; able to gain consensus through data analysis and influence
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; flexibility and adaptability

WHAT IT TAKES:
8 - 10 years in B2B marketing - Public Solutions in Government experience is an asset
Proven ability to build pipeline and drive revenue using story telling through a strong customer journey
Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product Management, Marketing, PR, and Operations
Ability to identify better ways of working at scale through building new mechanisms and processes
Exceptional understanding of integrated marketing and how to apply it to the customer journey
Experience executing campaigns using best-of-bread MarTech including Intent data, ABM and chat bots
Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
Passionate about using and analyzing data to drive campaign execution and optimization
Ability to prioritize effectively and focus on defined goals
