Are you looking for an opportunity to utilize your ability to help people? PREMIER Bankcard is looking for a friendly, outgoing individual to expand the Correspondence team. This individual will handle credit bureau disputes, bankruptcies, debt management proposals, and other customer inquiry types.

Full-time Hours:
Monday - Friday 6:45 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Read incoming correspondence and gather data to formulate reply.

  • Identify the specific type of mail and the procedures that must be applied.

  • In a process of time, training and experience, multiple mail type process will be learned and worked (ie; credit bureau disputes, bankruptcies, debt management enrollments, SCRA, Miscellaneous letters, etc…)

  • Route correspondence to other departments for reply.

  • Reply to cardholder inquiries via letter, fax, email, or website.

  • Prepare acknowledgement letters or reply correspondence.

  • Initiate appropriate recovery and adjustment activities.

  • Monitor and perform various account maintenance functions.

  • Provide support to various areas as volumes require, i.e., mail room, chargebacks, and security.

  • Conduct tasks in a manner that complies with all consumer protection regulations and “does no harm to consumers”

Skills and Qualifications



  • Basic understanding of the credit card system

  • Possess intermediate PC skills

  • Ability to be patient and attentive to detail

  • Excellent verbal and listening skills and ability to use positive language

  • Time management skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving
