We have an opportunity for a talented Sr Technology Planning & Execution Process Improvement Consultant to join our Equifax team!
Lead design, implementation and management of highly complex process improvement strategic and/or tactical initiatives in the business units, and/or center of excellence or across departments using improvement process techniques.
Build customer relationships and support establishment and communication of the continuous improvement philosophy and quality culture.
Develop and execute continuous improvement plans in order to support functional, departmental, and/or company's strategies.
Proactively work with others to develop and implement actions that improve the capability of people and processes within the organizations.
Facilitate the deployment of process improvement tools, processes, etc.
Present solutions to have the greatest impact on revenue and client satisfaction.
Plans, implements, and evaluates improvements in the technology processes and practices. Facilitates cross-functional team work to achieve continuous improvement objectives. Compiles and tracks improvement project data and reports on status. Evaluates the effectiveness of the process improvement program and improves the toolset(s) used. Effectively implements strategic business objectives in driving quality and compliance.
Leads effort to develop sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable process improvements. Researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data and recommend applicable process improvement opportunities.
Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise to operate independently and provide informal leadership to others.
Uses sophisticated critical thinking skills, leading others to solve complex problems and takes a broad perspective to identify innovation solutions.
Makes decisions guided by policies in nonstandard situations that impact the achievement of customer, operational, or project objectives.
