Job Description:
RiverTech LLC, is seeking qualified candidates for a position as a multimedia specialist/graphic artist on a team developing instructor-led training and interactive courseware. The graphic artist is a core member of an Interactive Courseware (ICW)/Instructor-Led Training (ILT) courseware development team, working directly with Instructional System Designers, Computer-Based Training Specialists (CBTS), and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to assist in the design and development of instructionally sound training solutions. The MMS/GA is responsible for media design/layout/development, and graphics development. The ideal candidate has prior ILT and ICW development experience on a courseware development team. This is full time position with opportunities in Jacksonville, FL.
Specific Duties/Job requirements:
High proficiency and recent experience with Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud applications, especially intermediate to expert level experience in Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Strong design skills, particularly in an online and interactive environment, are required, including troubleshooting skills.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Systems Designers, and Courseware Developers in the design and development of Instructor Led Training (ILT)
Maintain high standards of design, creativity, and adaptability to modern and emerging trends/needs
Must have a critical eye and be able to create and adapt to the visual intent of a larger project
Must work well in a collaborative team environment, regularly recommending and communicating solutions to non-multimedia trained personnel
Ability to scale design efforts to meet production timelines
Ability to function effectively and efficiently in a deadline and budget oriented environment
Detail oriented, organized, and concise
Exceptional attention to detail
Concise communication
Able to adapt to customer needs
Exceptional written/grammar skills
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite 6 products including Photoshop and Illustrator

Preferred Experience/Education
Bachelor’s degree in graphic related field with 3 or more years related experience working in an interactive training environment
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud products including Photoshop and Illustrator
3DS Max or similar software
