 What you will be doing: 



  • Work with Infrastructure Manager to oversee daily IT Operations.

  • Work with Infrastructure Manager in executing department goals and service level expectations.

  • Provide high level of team member service at all times, and consistently reinforce this attitude with staff members.

  • Resolve problems or complaints using creative thinking and root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

  • Train, motivate, coach and counsel staff when appropriate.

  • Be flexible and ensure appropriate staff coverage, workload planning, and peak-hour scheduling always.

 What we need from you:



  • High school graduate or higher with a minimum of 6 years of experience on Windows Operating Systems plus Windows Servers, MCSE certification with a minimum of 2 years of field experience and a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.


  • This individual must be knowledgeable in Windows and Apple software/hardware installations, Exchange server, LAN/WAN best practices, Virtualization, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Active Directory administration,  Cloud Services (IaaS, SaaS), Storage Access Network (SAN)/Network Access Storage (NAS) installation and maintenance, iOS and Android mobile devices, TCP/IP Protocol Stack, Cisco router/switch/firewall and IDS/IPS appliances.




  • This individual must be willing to work flexible hours when required, willing to travel to remote branches, including our disaster recovery location. And must be willing to serve as backup to other areas including telecommunications.
