Job Description:

The Sales Alliance Leader - Healthcare reports to the Vice President, Business Development & Marketing and leads the growth of the Healthcare vertical across Appriss Insights. The Sales Alliance Leader will be a key member of the Appriss Insights business development team by developing & managing the go-to-market strategy that meets the Healthcare revenue growth plan over the next few years. The Sales Alliance Leader will lead a team of Partner Success Managers (PSM) who are responsible for a portfolio of strategic partners that drive the revenue of the Insights channel sales model. The Sales Alliance Leader will be a growth minded professional who understands the Healthcare market and the opportunities for growth.

What you'll do:


  • Develops and leads the execution of the Insights’ Healthcare strategy.

  • Leverages industry knowledge and relationships to identify growth opportunities and manages their team to execute partnerships in support of these initiatives.

  • Meets annual revenue goals through the development, implementation and management of the go-to-market (GTM) plans with key partners. Works with VP, to forecast revenue projections on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

  • Partners with other Insights’ Sales Alliance Leaders to support their teams in the sale of Insights’ Healthcare solutions in these markets.

  • Partners with Insights Product Management team to identify new solutions and/or solution enhancements that are required to meet growth plan and works with them on the delivery to Insights’ partners

  • Manages Insights Healthcare team to: Drive strategic alignment with assigned key partner relationships to ensure all outlined goals, including annual revenue targets, are achieved; Align and develop multi-threaded partner relationships with key decision makers such as Senior Executives, Marketing, Product & Data Strategy and Sales VPs; Increase transparency into partner's sales pipeline and product roadmap to identify new sales opportunities and to support partner’s sales team in meeting annual growth/sales targets; Identify whitespace sales opportunities, negotiates pricing and legal agreements while ensuring that the solution implementation is initiated on time; Coordinate with the Partner Marketing to support joint marketing programs as defined in the partners’ GTM plan. Ensures that Appriss sales tools and training are up-to-date & available to support day-to-day sales activities.

  • Partners with Appriss Legal team on the review and execution of all partner contracts required to support initial launch and expansion of the partnership.

What experience you need:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant experience 

  • 8+ years of experience developing and supporting strategic alliances in the Healthcare market – preferred experience working with Managed Care Organizations, Insurance companies and other relevant industry players

  • Proficient in using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
