Build strong relationships both internally and externally to facilitate successful completion of projects, requests and maintenance of POs, invoicing, and check requests.
Develop training programs and provide training and guidance to Project Administration Specialists under the direction of the Manger; act as resource for issue resolution and serve as back-up for Team Leader when necessary.
Attend customer calls and work closely with Program, Project, and Construction Managers to maintain Oracle budgets and customer system databases; maintain organized project files and ensure databases contain only pertinent project files.
Provide high-level analyses of project budgets and bring presumed discrepancies to the attention of the Project Manager for review.
Assist Project and Construction Managers with Oracle task-level cost reviews and budget transfers.
Proactively provide, and communicate solutions of problems and production issues, to key internal stakeholders.
Assist leadership with researching, solving, or completing various issues and with developing and implementing process improvements and systems to improve cycle times.
Proficiency with tracking project statuses and evaluating financial reports required.
Knowledge and understanding of tower development, site acquisition, and construction for wireless sites preferred.
Proficiency with Excel and Salesforce preferred.
Strong financial background, including basic understanding of budgets, invoicing, and financial project structure.
Strong administrative, data entry, and customer service skills.
Approximately 5% travel may be required in support of the position’s responsibilities.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results effectively and professionally.
Strong organizational skills: ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
