Strategic Services: Organizational Change Management (“OCM”)

The OCM practice offers leadership capabilities to align organizational and people strategies with our client’s business and IT strategies. Our areas of focus include Enterprise Technology Adoption (SAP, Oracle, Cloud, Mobility and Analytics), Business and IT Strategy Transformation, Organizational Transformation, Business Process and IT Outsourcing, and Post-merger Integration. We offer consulting services covering Stakeholder Engagement, Organizational Alignment & Readiness, Organization Design & Governance, Organizational Effectiveness, Workforce Strategy & Planning, Change Management, Communications Strategy & Planning, and Training Strategy & Planning.

The Role

Responsibilities


  • Identify, design, and implement M&A services for complex client engagements with a focus on HR function and all HR programs and policies (compensation, benefits, employee programs), and managing enterprise change

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Human Capital mergers and acquisitions, restructuring or enterprise cost reduction

  • Ensure that change management initiatives and activities are in alignment with overall program plans, objectives, and timelines

  • Develop reusable consulting assets to help improve quality of and accelerate time-to-delivery for client engagements

  • Ability to creatively approach challenges and projects and to work effectively, both independently and in teams, to drive toward common goals, consistent with corporate vision and strategies

  • Contribute to thought leadership and practice development effort in order to help evolve and mature practice service areas

  • Contribute to business development effort through activities such as pre-sales client presentations, research, proposal development, and SOWs
