The Role:

The Owned Media Channel Strategy and Optimization team strives to transform customer experiences by developing and delivering personalized experiences on our digital assets that drive high-quality customer growth and engagement.

We are seeking to expand our team with a talented, data-driven marketing associate focused on optimization and performance within our Owned Media channel (Chase.com and Mobile app).

Key responsibilities include:


  • Lead build out of fact-based, end-to-end channel strategy process - including intake and demand management to deliver cohesive customer-first experiences across .com and mobile experiences at scale serving as the main data and optimization liaison

    • Partner with multiple lines of businesses to understand business priorities and support revenue growth through data
    • Help drive improvement of customer experiences, increase interactions and convert traffic into new customers and accounts
    • Help to increase performance metrics to maximize the value from each channel
    • Drive, understand, help communicate prioritization decisions in channel strategy forums across teams


  • Continuously drive improvements through optimization of the digital ecosystem - including site navigation, owned ad content, product launches, crisis communications and retargeting strategies
  • Be a customer advocate - restlessly champion consistent and seamless user experiences across all assets and channels
  • Partner with Analytics and Digital teams to understand end-to-end digital performance - across traffic, engagement, conversion and account/customer quality metrics
  • Lead in cross-LOB forums with transparent communication on decisions and insight into data

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with expertise in digital and data driven decisioning
  • 4 year degree in Marketing, Advertising, Analytics, or Finance
  • Financial services industry experience a plus
  • Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
  • Develops strong partnerships; recognized as a team player
  • Proven ability to take initiative, improve and manage initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
