Supervisor, OEM Operations at Tempur Sealy in Lexington, Kentucky

Job Description:

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:

• This role will assist with key client relationship management for OEM customers for both the DTC and the Retail Distribution fulfillment streams.


• Responsible for execution of the order management function as well as direct line supervision of the order management team that supports the OEM business.


• Serve as a liaison between the OEM team and the TSI logistical function (as well as DHL)


• The Operations Supervisor will effectively interface with customers and MTF business units to improve customer satisfaction. The advocate will have appropriate external customer contact for the purposes of determining product supply opportunities, disruptive supply patterns and overall customer satisfaction.


• Foster and support a company-wide culture of customer centricity.


• Demonstrate customer centric behaviors, create standard processes that focus on root cause and corrective action solutions with accountability and growth across the company.


• Partner with leaders across the company to prioritize and solve customer impacting issues at the root cause level while articulating business case value from corrective actions.


• Supervise OEM Retail Distribution team members, including coaching, mentoring and professional development will be key.

• Member of the Supply Chain organization


• The OEM team works with cross functional teams including but not limited to sales, manufacturing plants, order management, distribution, transportation, customer service, planning, forecasting, & sourcing.


• This role will fulfill the primary client relationship management with OEM customers
